Inhale, Exhale.

I always notice immediately the things that make me take a deep breath and relax.
What kind of things relax you?

For me, it's good music.
A bathrobe.
Coffee in a great mug. (Has to be a great mug...)
Kitty head butts.
Fresh flowers.
Top Knots.
A soft, oversized blanket.
Candles.

Stress is something that I definitely deal with on a regular basis.  When I find a lotion or product that advertises it's for "Stress Relief"- I'm totally there.  Even if it doesn't seem to do anything- the idea itself helps in some way.  The mind is a powerful thing, eh?

But hey, take some time to figure out what relaxes & destresses you and...by george! Do those things! :)

TEA! A hot, sweet, milky cup of tea is a truly healing beverage for me. Sweatpants and a sweatshirt (is it sweatshirt weather yet?!). Just having my kitties and husband around.

Fun list! I agree that hot coffee (or tea) in a great mug is so relaxing and comforting. Also a good book, down comforters, and a hug from my husband!

shopping de-stresses me, then my empty bank account brings the stress back :) it's a circular motion I make way too often. maybe I'll just settle with a nice kitty head butt next time haha
