Rainy Drive

Have a good weekend?
Despite an incredibly long Week, I was able to sleep in on Saturday and enjoy breakfast in bed.

I love drives in general, especially at night.
But yesterday was a perfectly blissful rainy day here in Connecticut.

Hubs treated me to a Peppermint Cappuccino & we went on a drive and discovered two parks within the Town we just moved to- and never knew about! Awesome.

We've been inspired to save our pennies and eventually try to get some kayaks or a canoe to take advantage of the beautiful landscaping- it would be especially wonderful on a crisp Fall day, yes?!
